𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗼?
I couldn’t imagine creating a more perfect moment for Poonam and Karthik for their second outfit on their wedding day at Second Bank (how clever…. SECOND outfit SECOND Bank, hehe). Second Bank is also one of my most favorite places to photograph and we managed to stumble upon the building when NO ONE was there in the evening.
I rarely have a chance to do a pano composite on a wedding day due to locations and time schedules – but while Travis worked with them getting other photos I was able to pre-visualize the final image and create this masterpiece (seriously I’m picturing this printed on your wall as a 30″x120″ acrylic pano – a super killer statement piece!).
Started with bullseye placement for the newlyweds and before I moved from my location, I made sure I snagged a few additional photos to make this composite happen. I had to photoshop out Brian (he’s in the far corner of one of the shots) and Travis who appears a few times because he can’t keep his feet still.
Post work I kept to a minimum because the file size is HUGE in poor Photoshop. I removed distracting elements (light posts, profoto light and stand, staff members, and worst – icky Philly tumbleweeds!). I warmed up the scene a bit, but I left some of the cooler tones in the building to match their reception outfits. Overall enhance and sharpen and darken the areas that I didn’t want attention drawn to.
