The easy-going staff is wonderful to work with and is super helpful with any and all ideas we had to create beautiful photos! The 550,000-gallon Shark Realm Exhibit is perfectly dreamy for designing a unique experience for guests while allowing your photography to shine.

"No two weddings are EVER the same when we photograph at Adventure Aquarium. The animals add such a unique twist to the venue and you can never predict what they are going to do next! It's always guaranteed there will be sharks in the water though!"
Our relationship with Adventure Aquarium started back in 2008 when Jen and Travis started volunteering at the Aquarium every other Friday as scuba divers on Dive Team 13. Yep, we've actually been in the shark tank and swam with those 27 sharks you see in walking through the tunnel!
When we say, "it's one of our most favorite places to photograph," it's really true! It's such a unique venue that presents us with a mirage of technical challenges (hellooooo walls of acrylic and animals that won't hold still!) that we've perfected over the years of photographing there.
The shark tunnel in Shark Realm is always a favorite moment during the day. It's eerily quiet in there when we arrive and it's usually just the two of you and your FaB team - so it's a where you can take in the magnitude of the day and enjoy a private moment together (surrounded by some kick-ass sharks of course) before we head off to the ceremony or back to the party.
We also adore visiting the Pacific octopus while we're there - their name is Charlie!
